Single vineyard wine from Pansa blanca. 1,756 bottles of 0.75 l have been bottled. and 150 in magnum format.
Vineyard of 0.5 hectares located in Alella, on a white and sandy soil, with a vertical conduction system, tilled only once, treatments with manual backpacks (sulfur and copper), and manual clearing herbes. Harvest selected manually before entering the winery. A part of the grapes has fermented in stainless steel and the other in non-new 500 liter French oak barrels. Aged with lees for 6 months, lightly filtered and sulfided before bottling. White wine to enjoy now or in 4-5 years. A great example of the personality of the Pansa blanca on sauló and near the sea. DO. Allella.
