Fusión Viña Cervera 2022

Vineyard of 0.7 hectares located in Alella, on a white and sandy "sauló", with a double Royat vine training system, tilled only once, treatments with manual backpacks (sulfur and copper), and manual clearing of weeds. Harvest selected manually before entering the winery. All the grapes have been macerated with their own skins for 2 days. Aged with lees for 6 months, lightly filtered and sulfited before bottling. White wine to enjoy now or in 4-5 years. A great example of the personality of the white Garnacha blanca on salon and close to the sea. DO. Allella.
